Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the intimate and personal nature of the products sold at FKN Temptations, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Hygiene & Safety

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, all sales are final. Once an item has left our premises, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Adult toys

  • Intimate wellness products

  • Lingerie

  • Oils, creams, and accessories

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing and quality checking all orders.
However, in the rare event that you receive:

  • a faulty item, or

  • an incorrect item

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos or video of the issue

If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will offer:

  • a replacement, or

  • a refund, at our discretion

in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

Packaging

Items must be reported unused, unopened, and in original packaging where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse any claim that shows signs of use or tampering.
